As Founder and President of LME Capital Advisors and LME Consulting Group LLC, I provide business advisory services, coaching companies on capital raising strategies and performing corporate valuations, benchmarking analysis, and NDA-based confidential investor outreach for exit planning purposes. I am a Registered Investment Banking Representative and hold both the FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
With over 20 years of investment and commercial banking experience at global financial institutions such as UBS Investment Bank and Mizuho Securities USA LLC, I have developed a strong expertise in financial consulting, focusing on financial statement analysis, cash flow and credit risk assessment, balance sheet risk mitigation strategies, debt underwriting, capital structure solutions, acquisition financing, financial modeling, and corporate valuations.
In addition to my banking experience, I served as Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee at the South Salem Presbyterian Church. In this role, I managed a $500 million endowment fund that supported the church’s day-to-day operations and ensured its short- and medium-term financial health. I oversaw the church’s banking relationships, directed capital-raising initiatives to support major capital projects, and negotiated contractual agreements.
I hold a dual Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Master of Science in Finance degree from Northeastern University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Hofstra University.
